WHAT IS EMOTION CODE?
Emotion Code is an energy healing technique that can help identify and release what we call Trapped Emotions. These are negative emotional energies from distressing past events. When you are feeling an intense emotion, you are really feeling a new vibration. If that vibration becomes strong enough, part of that vibration becomes stuck or trapped in the body.
WHAT IS MBSR?
MBSR can remove various blocks from the body (emotional, limiting beliefs, spiritual, chakra, etc.). MBSR removes cellular imprints from negative experiences and trauma.
WHAT IS COACHING WITH ME LIKE?
I have been a certified coach since 2010. I have hired my own coaches for many years and have experienced many different styles of coaching. Some I loved and some, not so much!
When it comes to coaching getting YOU results, it boils down to 3 things:
- Working with someone who genuinely cares about you and your success (you’re not just a number or another client) and you have a GOOD CONNECTION.
- Getting personal support.
I’ve been in coaching programs where I was one out of a hundred plus people on a call and couldn’t get my direct questions answered or the real support I needed.
My clients are looking for results and this comes with Real Deal support. - Having a coach who is FOCUSED on moving you forward and helping you to take inspired and consistent action.
a. Yes, it is ultimately up to you to take action but having a coach to help you get you in alignment with forward moving action is KEY!
Is energy work religious or spiritual?
I live in Texas and this question gets asked quite a bit. I know this can be a touchy subject so I will approach this respectfully while being upfront. Let’s start with energy medicine and specifically the ones I currently offer: Emotion Code, Mind Body Spirit Release™ (MBSR), and Global Energy Method (GEM). These are not religious or necessarily spiritual per se. Energy is something all around us and makes up everything. This is science. With that said, all three modalities that I work with were either created by individuals with a Christian background or have teachers that come from a Christian tradition. However, your religious background or spiritual beliefs are not part of or required for these sessions to be effective.
If we can agree that you have a physical body, your body and everything else is made up of energy that you may not necessarily be able to see with your physical eyes, and that you have a spirit that brings life to your physical body, then this work will be in alignment with you.
My best suggestion will be to go within and see if this work or working with me gives you peace or does it make you feel unsettled. If it makes you unsettled, that’s okay, it doesn't make it bad but it does mean, you may not be ready. If you feel at peace, let’s get started because you can get ready for some magical shifts!
